Polished UPR DVCC ground strap above or below

About to install the polished version of the UPR DV CC. And the videos I've seen for the satin or black state to install the ground strap above the CC bracket.

To make things more confusing, UPRs included sheet states the opposite, to install ground strap below the bracket.

So, which is it? Where should it go for the polished aluminum catch can, above or below in your experience?

I think you're safer installing the ground strap above the CC bracket. That way, the ground strap is directly contacting the bolt that is screwing into the grounded metal body of the car.
