Panoramic Glass Roof

what are everyone's thoughts on an aftermarket panorama roof?
saleen says their 302 can be optioned with a panorama roof so it must be possible.

Can't comment on aftermarket. But I've been in a few cars with a Panorama roof. It gets VERY bright. And depending on where you're at, might add to the overheating of the car. It does sound cool though.

Seems like it would add a lot of weight and decrease chassis rigidity

The Glassback roof option was cool, but $3,000 cool?

IIRC ... the factory S197 Glass Roof started life as Classic Design Concept's Glass Roof.

So if I am correct, aftermarket CDC or factory Ford you got the same basic glass-roof ... only difference was pre vs. post delivery installation.
