Are you confusing upshift with downshift? When you go from 3rd to 2nd and coast - you are going to see see 20:1 - as the engine goes lean as the injectors shut off, and sees full vacuum with the throttle plate closed.

IF you are seeing it on acceleration - which i cant see how - you have many other issues and would most likely be seeing drivability issues and a check engine light at minimum.

No not confusing upshift/downshift
upshift: 2nd to 3rd gear
downshift: 3rd to 2nd gear
The upshifts goto 20:1 for a instant, then normalize. Downshifts does the normal downshift crap.

Does it do it above or below a certain speed?
Just when I normally shift. 15 kph 30 kph 45 kph 60 kph those points ate between 2k to 3k rpm

Decel fuel cutoff. It’s used to save gas/fuel

any time you coast (not in gear, AFR/lambda) will show lean conditions
