I just checked the prixcar tracker and looks like my car has cleared quality control and is scheduled to be picked up today and delivered to my dealer next Wednesday. So hopefully I'll pick it up on next Friday :D

That reminds me, I need to get my photos from the day off my camera...
Maybe tonight :)

14 - 16 days from arrival to delivery. Here's to hoping mine is anywhere near similar...

My grandma is visiting from overseas and will be leaving 18 March... She's pretty keen to see it before she goes :(

Excellent mate. I'll presume mine will be similar then, being in the same batch and all. Just have to get tint and exhaust organised now. Other alterations can wait.

Thanks guys, appreciate it, I'm not keen drilling holes in the bar though. The black holder they put on at the dealer is that drilled on or stuck?
On mine the front number plate is screwed to the dimples (small pilot hole drilled )with rubber tube standoff spacers (12mm long compressed down to 6-8mm) Then the Altrex covers are fitted ,they have 4 folding clips that secure cover to plate. I am happy with the positioning for our NSW slimline front plate (88 mm high). The big ugly black factory mounts are screwed usually with big gauge screws.

They are STANCE SC5 20x10 38 offset allround .275/35 front 295/35 rear. These profiles are approx 14mm taller than stock. Therefore 7 mm above axle ,7mm below. It takes 7mm out of the space between tyre and fender arch.I am not going to lower it.These profiles also keep a 7mm rake on car same as factory rake of 7mm with 255/40&275/40 The back sidewall of tyre pokes 10/12mm.Looks ok but could rub if lowered(tread is under guard, wheel rim is flush with guard).Wheels supplied and fitted OZZY wheels Hoxton Park NSW.Check website for gallery.

Thanks Phil. They fill out the space nicely. I especially like the way they look at the rear. Looks okay as is. No need to lower. I find the standard wheels a bit too 'fussy' in design. I have ordered the nickel ones but am thinking about reverting to black (think I can still do that up until March apparently) as I may want to ditch them. I still don't know why Ford went for that design for the GT. They aren't bad by any means, but I think something simpler better suits the car's overall design.

Nah, I have had this username for a while, specially on ford forums. The pic above is nice.
