I admit I was wrong Ford has not increased the room in the wheel houses of any significance like I thought they did. There is a bit over an inch between the tire and the shock cover and less than that is you increase the diameter of the tire as it is already close to the aluminum shock bracket. In the front there is maybe a half inch on the inside and an inch on the outside so you could go to 10 inch" on the front and maybe 11.5" on the rear not as wide as I would like.

No since they don't give the offset. I haven't done all the measuring I was just under the car today so I took those shots. The front wheels you pointed to are 1/2" narrower than what comes on the PP and the rears are only 1/2" wider so if the offset is correct those sizes should fit but again it depends on the offset.
The offset was under the specs section.

+30mm (1.2") / +48mm (1.9")
