Started loading my tune and the screen went white. I waited about 25 minutes before disconnecting and and reconnecting it. It read that there was a load failure and to return the vehicle to stock tune. After doing so the car ran terrible, assuming that’s because of the JLT cai installed. I am currently loading the Lund tune and the screen went white again. I don’t know what’s going on. If anyone with some insight could help, that would be great. Thanks.

They general are very quick to respond. I've never had to wait more than a hour or 2.

I would redownload the tune to the SD Card and make sure you have the latest Firmware for your Ngauge in the mean time.

I got the tune loaded, but now I’m receiving a check engine light for p068a and p0315. Ugh

Do I need a new tune for crank relearn? Or is it already in the NGauge?

You should always have the latest version loaded on your ngauge. I believe they are at 1.60 or higher. Crank relearn is definitely on 1.60.

New to all this. I’m loading the updated firmware onto the NGauge, then just upload the new firmware ? Or the entire tune again?

The p068a and the p0315 is normal on a first time flashing. Use the crank relearn on your nGauge and clear the DTC codes and then you are good to go.
