Attached are the last production numbers I've seen from another thread for 2016. Wonder if this is final but believe so, because the run ended last June.

For a lot of opinions there is a topic in this forum with many pages.

As for myself I loaded the engine up to 6k a handful of times after 30 miles and before 100 miles. Took a long road trip, about 500 miles, during which I varied rpm often but didn't exceed 6k.

After that I loaded it a handful of times to 7k between 100 miles and 1000. Performed an oil change and now I drive as I please. Engine uses zero oil. Never had the dipstick level drop.

Early mod is air oil separator which had collected a couple of ounces to date. Car currently has 3k miles.

Well it's time for me to head off to an autocross. Dam this car is fun! Enjoy yours!
Thanks, I'll have to find that thread.

Your technique sounds reasonable, I'm a little conservative when it comes to breaking in a car. My initial thought was to keep it under 4k rpms until I'm over 100 mi, then maybe under 5-6k until I hit 500 miles. Don't think I'll want to redline until after the 1000 mi mark.

Based on the last registry I've seen, there were 5522 GT350's produced for 2016, of which 139 were deep impact blue track pak.
Thank you! Very interesting spreadsheet you attached! So if this is accurate, my chassis G5516 was indeed among the very last of the 2016 cars produced. Hmmm, could mine be "the last" Deep Impact Blue GT350 ever made? I wonder if I called Ford if they'd release that kind of info?

The spreadsheet shows the codes for OTT stripes and Black Roof, but I can't find the stats in the sheet. Is there another sheet with those stats?

Wow sounds like you may have the last DIB. Very close at least. Congrats. That is the best color.
That would be really cool if I do have the last DIB ever made. Have to agree that it's the best color! LOL.

Honestly, I was torn between getting this car or waiting for a 2017 in Lightning Blue w/ white OTT. Now I'm very glad I got DIB. Makes the car that much more special and unique knowing they won't make it in that color any more.

Do you have any place where you can really wring your car out?

As do you! One of my fellow 139 DIB Track Pack siblings.
I have really come to like and appreciate the DIB cars as well and was very fortunate to look over "F0100" very closely today.

This 50th Anniversary GT350 automobile is a DIB Track Pack car and came with no stripes or Black roof so this car is a 1 of 1 color combination for a 2015 Track Pack car.

:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Yes there are SCCA events. But I intend to do the GT350 Track Attack first to better learn the car.

The track attack is excellent. Do the second day too if you can.
