I want my hood to open like a spaceship door.

Just a quick note about installation on 2018 models. The pass. side hood bracket is not going to lineup with any washer line hole in the hood. Just forget that part of the instructions (mostly instructions found on YT as the incl. instructions more or less say it's optional) and install the bracket.

Contact Redline Tuning directly, they have lower force gas springs for use on Carbon Fiber hoods.

Something that should be bought the day you buy your car. The stock prop has a tendency to rub on the plastic and degrade it. Looks terrible, atleast on many of my Stangs. Not sure if Ford has elevated it any to correct this.
