Due to depart at 11pm our time.

Hopefully there are no more delays; I'm sick of resetting my countdown clock haha

Search the tinterweb for Ports Of Auckland and look for Vessels in Port. A good indication i think

So 5pm this afternoon and it will finally be on its way to Oz

"Tarago has now docked in Sydney and you car will be ready for collection w/e 19th May"

I wrote back to him advising the boat was stuck in Auckland.

"Ford says it docked on the 19th"

If you go and look at your track and trace it actually says for me:

So that's probably what your dealer is going off.

Mine has ETA 28/04/17

Mathematically, when tracking thousands of vehicles over the long term, it is the most reliable way of providing information to all stakeholders.

In this day and age, our customers have access to sites such as https://goo.gl/F7oxkZ; which can tell a user in live time where a vessel is located. In your case, it shows the Tarago as still being in Auckland. This is an unfortunate reality of international shipping, where customs delays and other hold ups (such as weather) can affect the timing of routes upon which tracking software is based.

Hopefully 2 weeks and I'll be driving mine out - getting close now!!
