Your order will disappear from COTUS off and on. The system is still in it's testing phase. Thursdays and Sundays seem like bad COTUS days.

Me and some other european users have issues reaching the COTUS website.
Both www.cotus.ford.com and wwwqa.cotus.ford.com returned me an error:

But.. if I use an anonymous proxy, like www.anonymizer.ws it works:

Is this site region restricted??

A german user reports that it worked for him, france users reports it di not worked with chrome and firefox but worked with IE.
Here (Italy) it not works with chrome or IE.

COTUS goes up and down all the time -- almost anything seems to upset it. I was able to get in after my car was ordered, and then another retail order went in at my dealership the same week, and I was unable to get in until a VIN was assigned. Even now after post-VIN, I sometimes have to try ten times before I can view the status...

The weird thing is that I got error at the same time that I got access via anonymouse!
I got the error not checking VINs but simply trying to access the site..

Does anyone know whether or not build week scheduling is something that only occurs on Thursdays, or does that occur any time?

Orders being pulled and VINs being assigned are done on Thursdays. It's best to check with your dealer on Friday to see if you have a VIN and build week.

I've had a VIN for a week, but no build week assigned yet...

It won't show up in Cotus until you flip to production which is ~7 days before the blend date. But the dealer can provide your build week, which happens with the VIN assignment.

COTUS tracks the order in processing and then the next step is when it flips to production. It logs when you leave an event on the pizza tracker not when it will start. It did not show a build week for me or my friends who have used it. I had to ask the dealer for that information.

Ordered my Car last Friday 4/24/15. I'm hoping to see it in the system tomorrow.
