Met a former NBA player due to my car

I met former Chicago Bull and Charlotte Bobcat Tyrus Thomas today while out to have lunch. He walked in, all 6'10 of him, and asked the hostess "who has that nice Mustang out there?" I spoke up and said it was mine. He sat down at my table and we talked cars for a few minutes. I thought that was pretty cool. Nice guy too.

Neat story. Kinda reminds me of many years ago when former MLB relief pitcher Jon Rauch owned a new age GTO, drove it and even frequented a GTO forum on occasion. Nice guy and has the distinction of being the tallest MLB player ever at 6'11. Not sure how he ever fit into the GTO but he did.
