McLeod rst clutch and flywheel issues????

So a buddy of mine installed the rst and steel flywheel along with a steeda braided clutch line for me last Saturday. My initial thoughts where who the pedal is a lot lighter than stock! I am having an issue that I don't think is normal. Wile releaseing the clutch pedal at about 3/4 to full release I feel I little notch in the pedal. Easiest way I can explain it lol. Doesn't feel right also if I'm driving slowly and have my foot on the clutch pedal and release the gas the clutch pedal drops a tiny bit. I just don't understand what it can be.
