So I/m waiting on the 2018 reveal before I factory order am S550 (I doubt there will be one in stock with the exact specs I want). When I finally do pick up the vehicle, I want to be sure I look for all of the most common issues mentioned here on these forums. So far, I have:

- Panel alignment
- Driveline vibration
- Auto transmission clunk sound
- Windshield alignment
- BBQ tick

Are there any others to look for? I will be buying auto trans, so no need for manual trans probs.

TIA

If you go for a premium car, check the seat back coolers. The cushions should work fine but the backs most likely will not. Ask me how I know. :headbonk:

Does the TSB work fix that issue at all? Have you had it done?

The front seat backs are supposed to blow cool air too?

Go over the entire interior and exterior while the car is in the sun looking for cosmetic defects/damage. We picked up ours and were in a rush. When we got home one rim and tire had been curbed and it was quite a wrestling match to get them to replace it.

Take your time and thoroughly inspect the car.
