Meant to mention pulley down as well. I'm still on the 3.75 pulley as of now on a BAP so. Gonna be doing the Sai Lit fuel system most likely. Def gonna need more tire than the 295/35 MPSS I have now. Ha.
3.625" it is! Also we just started carrying Sai Li's fuel system and his kit will be on our site tomorrow, as well as our own Division X dual & triple set ups. :headbang:

I'm hesitant on going E85. We only have 2 stations that are local to me, one of which is about 10 min. away, the other is about 20 miles. Haha. I've been told by quite a few tuners that 93 on the 3.625 pulley is aggressive, but.

@DarkHorse5.0 @rio16 @SC_Ruby can y'all stop making a man wanna spend more money! Haha. I'm hoping to do the Gen3, LT, Fuel System & E85 all at once. Should be quite the jump in power.

Same here. There's one close to me but the next is so far it's not ideal at all. But just think of that extra power! Also maybe consider investing in a few large jugs(giggity) to save up some of that sweet corn nectar...

I've considered it haha! And for real. My setup now would be quite a bit stouter on E85, if I had a fuel system ha

3.625" on 93 with BAP shouldn't be an issue for tuning with Lund Racing. I just verified with them as well. Once you go to 3.5" and smaller it will require at least 100 octane or e85. :headbang:

Well damn. I may contact Jon then. Guess that would've been a good place to start. I know some won't touch 93 on a 3.625 and BAP. I'm running ID1000 to so for now I may just step up to the 3.625 pulley on 93 & KB BAP.

On my Whipple cal with 3.625" I was getting right around 2 positive knock on 93 and no BAP. With 3.5" and 93 knock was plus 4. I now run a small shot of meth 9 gph before the throttle body and get clean knock free pulls every time with 3.5" even on my new gen 2.5 rotor pack. Meth really has worked for me and surprisingly the A/F hasn't changed still .78 and a back to back Dyno first with meth then meth disabled and Boostane same as Octanium resulted in the same power on my setup.

I'll most likely be doing OPG/CS, 3.625, Longtubes and re-tune all at the same time.

Those are solid choices and will allow you to hammer it with confidence. I would however make sure knock is in check because with the 3.625" you 'll get 2 positive on 93 which is safe but not optimal and on 91 you'll get 4 positive knock which is not cool.

I must have a boost leak or amazing good 93 octane gas, or something going on, because with 93 octane and 3.625" pulley, I get all the timing itll give, always maxes out around 19.5*.

Do those knock values just come into play in the higher rpms?

Crappy California 91 & Octanium here on the 3.625 pulley. Lund tuned. Car actually has slight negative knock. Would probably be ok advancing timing a bit, but the car runs strong and seems very happy so I'm happy
