Who has done either American Racing or Kooks 1 3/4” LTs w/high flow cats (not green)? And what was your experience with fitment, sound, heat (heat soak), gains, etc. My ride will be staying NA. Currently my only exhaust mod is a steeda x-pipe. Not looking to debate 1 7/8” vs 1 3/4”, my decision is based on a pro NHRA mechanic/driver and research on NA small block v8’s.

I wish I had something to offer. I'm also interested in more info as well.

Small block V8’s as in 2 valve or 4 valve ? There is a huge difference but as you stated you’re not looking to debate. The first header bend radius off the flange is the most critical.
1.75” diameter get the job done on the 4 valve VCT Coyote.
Good choice on headers. Kooks does an outstanding job at keeping the primary’s separated to avoid false knock.

Kooks, Stainless Works, Stainless Power, ARH, LTH are the best fitting headers I've ever installed on the Coyote platform.

Right on !
My only hang up with Kooks is their canted collector design. Everyone else runs the collector horizontal.

Usually get some decent feedback from this forum, there has to be someone who has installed either AR or Kooks 1 3/4” LTs?

Yes, use this. You’ll find all you need. Excellent fitment but it takes a lot of effort to install.

I have and it turned up nothing on 1 3/4” headers in either brands in regards to the details I inquired about.
