Jmeo's "Take 2" 2017 Auto Build

Nothing crazy over here but my schedule lately but I just wanted to post an update.

I picked up a used Ngauge from a fellow forum member and I finally got around to making it fit in an Autometer dual A pod mount. I am not a fan of vent mounting and I do not personally like suction cup mounts so this was a must for me. I am pretty happy with the way it came out.





Picked up a little love for my Steeda rear sway bar



A really great guy who I am proud to call my friend hooked me up with a never used set of OEM GT350 brake pads



Wanting to change things up a little I picked up a red pony from UPR to stand out from the crowd a little bit.





I had the pleasure of having a couple forum friends [MENTION=10616]Terminated[/MENTION] and [MENTION=12771]angermgmt14[/MENTION] accompany me to a popular local car show last week and had a great time. We drew a pretty good crowd, but how could we not with the celebrity car that is Project Anna :first:

Yes, I had to cut a notch into the A pillar itself to get the center of the Ngauge to line up with the hole of the pod. You can see how the chrome bezel of the NGauge goes inside the pod slightly. Doing this is necessary but since the display of the NGauge does not fill the entire diameter of the gauge face there is no part of what is the actual display blocked by the pod.

I'm not 100% happy with my outcome because I made the hole in the pod a little bigger than it needed to be. I ended up closing the hole with black duct tape and my OCD will not allow me to live with it so I will eventually buy a new A pod and give it another try :headbonk:

Got my next install today and all I can say is WOW these things are a work of art. I love how Steeda even includes the required press adaptors to take the guess work out of the install

Got my next install today and all I can say is WOW these things are a work of art. I love how Steeda even includes the required press adaptors to take the guess work out of the install

I like to have my friend at Tasca Mod Shop do my dynos, one of the only people I trust. Looks like its gonna be fall when we hit the rollers to make the best of it temperature wise.
