Ideally I dont want to change my exhaust set up and keep it Corsa. I will look into the mini resonators that sounds like an easy and cheap install. I was also thinking about 2 high flow cats.

I have tried many different combinations with my 15 and 18 and I can tell you the H-pipe does not get rid of rasp. The resonators are the only sure fire way I have found to chop down the rasp. The bullet version or resonated x-pipe are both good options. You will reduce the volume a little but with headers and an open straight through muffler design it should still have plenty of volume when your on the loud pedal!

High flow cat will also not make any difference, I have tried that too! The 200 cell count most hf cats are don't do enough to quiet or reduce rasp. You need the design of the resonator to get rid of it.

I replaced my HF cats with dynomax bullet resonators and it got rid of the raspiness and deepened the tone to just what I was looking for. I used the 9" dynomax bullets.

No. One side was 3" ID slid on the collector and clamped aft some relief cuts the other was 3" OD and slid in the mid pipes loosely, so I welded that side up to the mid-pipes. They were approximately the same size and shape as the stainless works cats that I removed.

I am still thinking of fabing a 3" h-pipe with longer resonators built in to tame it down even more.

I am contemplating going this route.
