Hello,

I'm confused about production numbers. I thought Ford was limiting the production of the 2015 MY GT350R's to 37 paying homage to the 1965 GT350 R-Model.

How many 2016 GT350R cars are they building?

Like many of you, I want one, badly. And for the first time in my life I'm both willing and able to pay sticker but I can't bring myself to pay over sticker. I can't believe that one has to compete to actually spend money...

Any information you guys have would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

If you are looking to pay sticker, you will have better luck with the non-R

R at sticker will be nearly impossible!

500'ish. If you don't have an allocation reserved by now...good luck.
Is it possible to order and wait? Does one need to visit a special dealer? Or does even that mean ADM?

And with Winter here, I've got 5 months till it's time to go to the track, does it take more time than that to get an ordered car?

Thank you guys...

Believe it or not, one dealer I emailed offered me a GT350 (non-R) at sticker...apparently a customer ordered and flaked.

You guys are making me think I should have taken that...

Non-R at sticker is a good deal indeed. An R will be unicorn-like status for a while particularly if you can ever find one at any reasonable (to me, less than $10k) markup.

Please post details. There are a lot of folks searching for MSRP deals.

Tell you what, I will after this weekend. Since hitting pretty much a brick wall on finding an R-Model for a reasonable price, I may rethink my needs to buy an R...

Oddly it may also already be gone. But I will follow up on Monday because I'll have a decision by then.

Well, I called the dealer this morning to go take a look at the GT350 they had and sadly they had sold it. I asked how much over MSRP and he told me they sold it AT MSRP! Now I'm kicking myself. I knew about it a good 2 days before it was actually sold.
