My Triple Yellow doesn't seem to attract too much attention. All the cops that follow me around act like they are ignoring me.
Just think of it as having first responders on hand instantly if something goes awry! ;)

I thought I had ruled Ruby Red out until I saw these pics from 15GTstang. :frusty:

If that doesn't make anyone rethink it, I don't know what will!
Yes, I'd argue most people realize RR looks the best under ideal lighting, but most of the time that's not the case. In the sun the color is phenomenal, on an overcast day it looks like a glum color you'd see on a 10 year old Expedition :(. For those in sunny areas I'd say it's a no brainer

Yup. I've been waiting for 44 years for Wimbledon White to return....
My first Mustang in the late 70s was a 66' Coupe in Wimbledon White...always wanted another one. The 2015 LE has given me a taste of the original stang -enough that I'm now searching for a 66 coupe to restore to match my 'first' (actually had my first in the backseat of that car but that is another story)...Wimbledon White with an aqua interior a beautiful combo.

I think all the colors on the 15 stang look nice.

Black was out of the question, far to much upkeep for me. It looks bad as though, when I looked at it I felt like it was gonna kick me in the nuts and take my lunch money.

Magnetic was the biggest surprise to me. It really stands out in person compared to other brands of similar color. That was roughly the color of my 4 runner and I wanted a change.

Yellow looked great also, but too loud for me.

All reds and orange was out of the question, just does not fit my personality.

My final choice was either dib, silver, or white. After pouring over photos and seeing them in parson on the same lot at the same time in the same lighting at day and night, I decided to order my car in white. White really seems to stand out I with the mods I plan on doing to my car. Had they had any of these colors on the lot optioned like I wanted I would have done the deal. I just kept going back to white, the first time I saw a white gt I kept going back to it and snapping photos with my cell.
I hope in the future Ford releases some deeper version of ignot similar to some of the bmw shades.

No apologies necessary! I think I speak for everyone here when I say thanks for sharing! I know I enjoy getting my Mustang fix. I need them until I get my own!

Your car looks great in the pix, but even better in person.

Thanks for the pics! Nothing much to do while waiting for mine to get built. Hopefully I won't have to wait as long as some of the early orderers did.

I got GT CO Premium Auto 401A 3.55 NAV and am so glad I never changed my
mind on my color choice. Even going into a dark shopping mall parking lot I
don't have to hunt for my car anymore -- it really stands out. As far as that
stupid argument about cops, they can look all they want--you are not breaking
any laws just because you have a loud color; and talking about loud colors, isn't
Mustang a sport's car. "I may date a Plain Jane but I will never drive one".

To answer the original question, does color really matter. To some extent it does but overall not really.

When I went to the dealer to look at the mustangs I was dead set on either Ingot or Guard but all they had in the EB was Oxford white with the black wheels and it just screamed buy me at me... Lol... Then went to another dealer to check out guard and it just didn't look as good to me as it did in the pics. Do I regret not getting Ingot? Hell no... 2500 miles and I still get this weird feeling when I open he garage door and see her in there and still ask her hows she's been when I leave her in a parking space for longer than a few minutes. Whatever color you get you will love....

Not me. I wanted Ingot Silver but there were none around me so I got black that I could get in a day and have enjoyed it ever since. If I ordered my car, it might be coming in any time now.

I agree... up to a point.
I waited 5 months to get exactly what I wanted. 5 months wait on a car I'll hopefully have 10 + years was worth it for me. But I also had the luxury of time. Not everyone can wait to buy a car. Besides, I haven't seen a color I dislike on this model!
