Looks like somebody was enjoying a meal at Detroit's Mexitown near the Ambassador Bridge To Canada. Maybe E. Anderson , an executive or tester of some sort. That is the last notation under the options list on A-Plan purchases. Nice car ;but way out of the price range of most of us Mustang fans, especially we Canadians!
