I got 51K in FL for a 16 track pack last July. Right after that trade, the values went down. Face it, the standard 350's are more common now and the trade in values are lower.Dealer wouldn't negotiate at all on my purchase of an electronics package 2700 mile 17, except to round down to an even 1000 number. He would come up on my trade in but he wouldn't give another cent on the price of the car in the written contract. After several discussions he basically said take it if you want it and if not, it was nice to meet you. If the $5,000 figure mentioned above is about right - and I think it is - somewhere around $50 to 51k is probably very good for trade in. But now the 2018s are out so that may take a bit off of the 17s so maybe around $50k..
how is that any different ?He would come up on my trade in but he wouldn't give another cent on the price of the car in the written contract..
That's cool. Just understand it is a track car not a Starbucks cruiser.Flame suit on. Zl1 1LE
Yes. I just did a Daytona 3 day track weekend.Do you track either of your R's?
Lot less room to maneuver with an $18-20K 12 GT trade in versus a $56K GT350. Relatively speaking - while I was might be looking for $2K off of the 350 he was talking $500 to $1K more trade in on the 12. In the end, if you do come to an agreement it doesn't make a difference. :shrug:how is that any different ?
coming up on your trade = coming down on car price.
