I think I was correct. 7 degrees is not the issue. The issue is that the slope can not change more than that per car length. The GT 350 is just under 16 feet so I think I should be OK. If the driveway starts at 7%, it is unlikely that the slope would increase another 7% in 15 feet (I hope)

Actually, the concern is from the point of tire-contact patch on the front wheels to the farthest forward point of the splitter. If the slope angle is greater than 7%, then you will have issues.

It's great fun when you angle up a driveway and the dampers adjust and clunk. Scared the crap out of me the first couple times.

It's great fun when you angle up a driveway and the dampers adjust and clunk. Scared the crap out of me the first couple times.
Thanks for this. My take away from all of this is to see if I can get the angle to increase gradually up the driveway.
