Squirt some WD-40 at the base of the lug nuts, then beat the crap out of the rotor with a dead blow hammer.

Gotcha, thanks. I used a steering wheel/pulley remover to get my spacers off, but that's not an option with rotors.

They're probably more than fine on track. When I used to track previous cars, kind of semi-regularly, I'd buy quality, but cheap rotors just for an event, factor them into the overall cost - use them for several months post event.

Assume you're talking HPDEs, for driving improvement and fun.
