I was rear ended today (ever so softly), however it left a ding in the rear bumper (down to the plastic) along with a bubble and some paint creasing.

I have a competition orange and am worried about the matching/blending of the paint, as I have had a previous orange car that was hit and had issues with the blending.

Please let me know if you guys know of any local shops to tackle this bumper repair.

Thanks fellas/ladies! :headbang: :ford:

I think I went ahead and made the decision to go with them. I hope you are right!

Sounds good, I'll let everyone know how it goes there. Will be dropping the car off Monday in the AM.

Its not perfect, but it is very very close. I don't think any shop could have come closer honestly. I'm sure if we didn't have a hard color like white or black, it would look 110%.

What was the issue? Color matching or body panels?

Strictly color matching, but it's very very hard to tell.

Good deal. Comp O may be a tough one to match perfectly. I'm glad it worked out otherwise.

They do a pretty amazing job of getting the car detailed inside and out before they leave (or at least they used to). I'm wasn't kidding when I said that my '04 WRX looked nicer than when I bought it. They also shampooed the trunk carpet..... :eyebulge:

Oh yeah, the car was fully cleaned when I picked her up! I had a feeling Comp Orange wouldn't be easy!
