I don't want to beat any dead horses. Just need to know from those who have painted their GT non PP brake calipers with G2 paint, was one kit enough?

It's enough for 4 calipers with light coats, but if you want several layers, best to get 2.
I went through 1.5 cans with mine doing 3 coats.

1 can is more than enough in my experience. I did 3 thick coats and had enough paint for at least 2 more coats but i got lazy and stopped after the 3rd.

Sweet guys. Just got my kit from G2. Had them color match Magnetic Metallic. $110 +shipping is a lot for one kit, was going to use their black kit for the rear bracket if I needed to. Figure it'll be pretty subtle, but look good. I may throw on a black decal of some kind. Not a giraffe...

Would a Brembo decal be too much? As I understand it, Brembo manufactures the standard GT 4-piston calipers for Ford. Like an OEM line or something. Not 100% on that, but it's definitely not a Ford designed caliper.

Only you can answer that question as it's a matter of personal taste, but you'll get a lot of flak from some people for putting brembo decals on "non-brembo" brakes, even if they are brembo-style or manufactured by Brembo for Ford (at that point it's debatable what is or is not an "actual Brembo brake set").

Personally, I don't like the look of any decal on my calipers. It looks too busy, in my opinion. But that's just me! I would only recommend taking a long hard look at how the calipers look with just the G2 paint before applying the decals.

Also, just to reinforce what most others have said, it was my experience that one G2 kit was more than enough paint. I think I managed 4 coats on all the calipers with some left over (and I have the EB PP package with the GT brakes). Although, to be fair I didn't paint all of the back of the calipers that aren't visible from outside the car, as it was a pain to get back there.

I'm not sure if I like it, but it's different. I did three heavy coats and still had half of the paint left. The color is maybe just a bit darker than the car. It depends a lot on the angle you look at it from and the lighting, but it's pretty close. I'll take some shots when the sun's out and we'll see if it's better or not. At least they wont rust.

I brushed it on. Lots of metallic, the color flops a lot depending on the light and angle. I tried to get sunlight pics today, but it was early afternoon and the fenders provided too much shadow. I'll try again when I can, but later in the afternoon.
