They are usually gathered at the Episcopal church on the corner of Rte.138 andRte.128 near the Blue Hill. It is a small affair with twenty or so carson a typical evening. There is a guy playing guitar and singing oldies and there's always good food. Burgers, dogs, sausage pepper and onion, and chili. All for a great price. And the folks who run it hand out home made cookies and brownies.
Last night it was held at the Episcopal church on Summer St. in Stoughton and will be for the next three het togethers due to the carnival using the Canton grounds.
Betty Pietro runs the whole thing and while I was enjoying some ice cream to cool my skull (6 dental implants last week) she brought a guy over and introduced us. He has an SVT that has a paint very similar to my car but he had his ride ceramic coated. Really nice looking finish and I am tempted to do my car. He is from Weymouth and goes to Plymouth every Sunday.
I am going to try to get out more for sure. There is always something going on pretty much daily. Here are a couple of pics.
Anyone else on the board attend these gatherings? One guy I met a couple of weeks ago is headed to Carlisle at 2am Friday in his sweet Saleen.
