Ford racing half shaft issue

Did anyone that installed these have any issues with getting the shaft to slide thru the splined wheel bearing? I have one half ahaft that went in perfect and my second WILL not go thru the wheel bearing, almost as if the splines on the end are off ever so slightly.
I know the wheel bearing is fine because the half shaft that did work also went thru the wheel bearing im having issues with.
