You should be able to use any instructions for a S550 Mustang. The only real difference is that there are a few more connections for the magnaride struts. I also disconnected the angle ride sensor arm, that bolts to the lower control arm.
Go the Ford Performance site and look up M-5300-Y or M-5300-X one of those part numbers have the instructions in PDF. M-5300-W install in the same except for the rear springs being side specific. The instructions for those also note to unplug the mag-ride sensors if i remember correctly.
I have the FP springs on and just put on 305/325/30 19 inch tires. Scroll down in this thread and I have some pics on there.

No new places that I scrape from the 35 to 30s. I was always pretty diligent though and from completely stock to this I've maybe scraped a couple of times I wasn't expecting to in the last couple of thousand miles. So not bad at all and I'm really glad I did it. Besides that's why they make the splitter plastic right.
