Another swing and a miss by the Mustang design team at Ford.

I really think it's time they circle the wagons with their design team and get their sh*t together. What they are putting out is beyond underwhelming.

They are going to design the Mustang right into the grave at this rate.

Totally agree. Between this and the California Special, Ford has been dropping the ball in my opinion. Hopefully we'll get a tease from Ford Performance later today in regards to what they're cooking up. Hopefully they will design something exciting.

i have been thoroughly whelmed. For those who like to garage queen their mustang, sure looks pretty neat, but i dont see how this is any different from the GT/CS, NPP, or Bronze Pack that makes it super special. if its priced similar to those then theres no issue really, but the "limited edition" fomo bs tells me these are going to get marked up a lot.

like the looks of the red center caps though, might grab a set of those aftermarket at some point.

true, not a lot, but still it shows that they can add new stuff, so who knows, maybe well get more down the line for other major events, not holding my breath but would be nice to see

IMHO, my first car ever was a 1965 Mustang. The first Mustangs had a corral around the pony, and had silver bars extending east and west of the corral. No hint of that, so no nostalgic feeling here.

Edit: it looks like the coupe might have this feature. We will see...

It doesn't look bad to me. Nothing spectacular either though. Not anything I'd feel the need to buy if I was waiting for the right S650.

Actually- if they removed the side stripes- and used a black center cap on the wheels....
I do like the front end

I'm mixed on the wheels. I kind of like them, yet they kind of remind me of the 2010 6th gen Camara SS Rims with black inserts, with the understanding that there is only so many ways you can redesign wheels.
