Firewall plug size for sound tube delete??

Looks like 1 1/2" OD and and 1" hole so ID is probably 1"?

That's pretty expensive. Does it stay in?

It's 1 3/16. Google BPF 1 3/16 they are available and inexpensive. Now if I can just figure out how to get my fat hand in there without dropping the plug. Is it easier to install it from underneath?

It's not too hard if you don't have the strut tower brace and k brace in the way.

Word of advice, just rip the sound tube out. Don't worry about the damn nut holding it in.

I don't think it's possible to do it from the bottom either.

I removed the strut tower brace and I finally got it in.
