I've searched but could't find what I was looking for. My car has recently started not detecting the clutch being in when starting. Can I simply bypass it or is there more to it than that?

Replace the switch. It's a cheap part and very easy to change. I had the same issue for the last few weeks until I changed it today. It was also causing a bit of rev hang/over rev in the 1 to 2 shift.

I ordered from Autonation Whitebear Lake Ford on Sunday, got it today.
