As fate would have it, I need a usable rear seat a lot more than I expected...toddlers....car seats...you know the drill. Bouncing the GT in favor of a new 6.4L Charger that's on order. Hard to believe those things are faster than the GT, even with all that extra weight, but I'll take it. :)

Thanks to everyone for all the great conversation!

Best,

Thanks man. It's a 2017 Scat Pack with Hellcat wheels/tires/brakes. The 6.4L hemi is a beast.

Nice! Yeah, I love my mustangs. And if I went Dodge I like the Challenger a little more. But if you're trying to keep the muscle car dynamic going but you also need to load up family and need a car versatile enough for all that, the Charger is the best way to go. You get to have your cake and eat it too!

Congrats, I did the same thing back in January. I love my SP. The dynamics package wasn't available when I got my car, definitely a good bang for the buck.

Mustang was great, but I needed something with more room.

What color did you go with?

Granite pearlcoat. Too bad Ford doesn't really even have an entry for the 4 door muscle segment. Will miss the Mustang, but looking forward to 485 naturally aspirated HP. :)

Granite Pearlcoat is a great looking color. The power is quite addicting, especially the low end torque. I wish Ford would have released the Falcon here with the 5.0.

Is this like experimenting in college? I mean it's still gay even if it is only for a little while...
