Driver window noise when rolling down

Been experiencing a sort of creaking/rocking noise when rolling down my driver window for the past two weeks or so. Smooth and quiet going up, no streaks or anything like that.

Could this be the window motor possibly? Any ideas on what I could check before taking it to the dealership for a look?

My F150 window got full of dirt, leaves and junk and made a similar noise going down. Blew it out with an air compressor and it stopped. Might be worth a shot to blow out the area around the window seal and see if it helps.
