My dealer has been on the ball, tho usually a day or so behind what information I have sourced via the various sources documented in this forum (to be expected of course).
However the Ford AU facebook 'team' I've had to block due to one of them replying to a non-complicated question I asked, in a completely rude & unprofessional manner. I blocked them because I did not want my Mustang experience ruined.
