Anyone know why the edd and countdown would disappear. Just wondering I'm sure it doesn't change anything on it.

yesterday my EDD disappeared from Cotus. Now I'm lost
Are you awaiting shipment? Mine disappeared at that time, I don't know why, but several have said that happens and eventually comes back. Mine hasn't come back yet.

Yea mine awaiting shipment it was there all day Friday. Then by Friday night it was gone idk, I message ford I'll find out tomorrow.

I was built on 12/2 (blend of 12/1) and was awaiting shipping with an EDD of 1/18/15.
Yesterday it turned to "In Transit" with a new EDD bumped all the way up to 12/23/14 as per this image. Was happy with a full month bump up.
Now today it is back to "Awaiting Shipment" with no EDD :frusty: Unhappy with this whole experience so far. Dealership isn't worth calling because they are clueless, and Ford's system is janky at best. Either the car shipped or it didn't, I don't understand how it goes to the below shipped back to awaiting shipment now.
