Did they swap over all of your mods? Or is it just 100% stock for now?
Swapped over all of my mods. Possible spark plug issues? Possible tune issues?

Those are all misfires I'd expect with a bad intake manifold runner control valve.. Not sure if there has been any reported issues from the GT350 ones though.

Do you feel any stuttering or jerkyness on very light throttle around 2k rpm?

Yea it took a month or so of that behavior before I got a code. At first, I was trying to make myself believe that it was all in my head.

The dealer should be able to easily see if the valves are working as they should

If it was an IMRC valve wouldn't the cylinders be on the same side? This shows cylinders 1 and 6. Opposite sides of the motor. I would be highly suspect two IMRC valve issues. And not feeling the jerky sensation. Felt it once yesterday. That's it.

You may want to try a crank relearn. I got codes but no actually running issue on my 15 when I switched the clutch and flywheel and did not perform a relearn. As soon as I did the relearn everything was back to normal.

I'm going to give it a few more miles and then do a Lund re-tune and put those MMR gears to work. :)
