Clearing P0315 Code Help Pls

Flashed my GT back to stock (had a Lund tune) as I am selling car soon. CEL came on and my NGuage read a P0315 code (crankshaft position system variation not learned). Tried several times to clear it but CEL is still on. Any ideas? Thx

Yeah do a crankshaft relearn that should fix it! If you cant do it any tuner can and so can your dealership!
