Chrome window trim delete

Did anyone try to do a Chrome window trim delete with their Custom pack ?

I find it only fits some colors and planning on going Race Red with a Black and Red theme the Chrome would be really out of place.

Order all the things from Custom Pack separately if you don't want the chrome trim. No silver wheels then tho.

I'm about to order mine, but i really don't like the wheels en chrome details you get while ordering the custom pack, what am i missing from the pack, if i order all the options seperately ?

It's not clear at the moment, but with the custom pack seems to get also better interiors, so ordering all the things separately could not be a solution.
I'm also interested in a way to remove\cover the chrome trims (race red for me too).

Apart from the chrome & wheels you don't get the real white stitching on the dashboard and the console pocket. Other than that it's the same. Normally the PP offered soft touch plastic on the doors as well but I didn't compare it yet with the hard plastic.
On my non PP the plastics don't feel that hard at all. Once your in the car with the faux stitch (non premium pack) it's not like you are missing something either imo.

What region are you at? Most dealers have client cars waiting and demo cars, so just go check it out!

I already had a test drive with a EB, but i think it was not the EU model, but import from the USA, i haven't really paid attention to the stiches, i was too impressed driving it .... i live between Brugges en Ghent

Same here, anyone know's that you can remove/replace the chrome window borders?

If one wants the Premium Pack but dont fancy the chrome trim around the windows....the easiest solution would be to have the trim wrapped black. The guy who did my rear and side windows could do it if i wish for about €250.

I since changed my mind and rather like the Chrome window trim + silver Custom pack wheels + Ruby red.

Went to see one in person and the Ruby Red looked amazing while the Race red color looked very cheap. VW group has a nice color of red but I find the Ford red to be kinda cheap looking.

But indeed best option would be to just paint the trim in some way.

Totally agree though, I wouldn't want the custom pack with Race Red - also just my opinion.

Ruby Red is stunning however I went for one of the dark colours. Must be getting old
