Changing 25w D8S HID lights to 35w D3S bulb + ballast

yes, however most of the process it should not be a secret: remove bumper, remove headlight, open bulb compartment, disconnect cable and remove bulb, unscrew ballast, install new ballast, remove the useless notch for D8S, place D3s bulb, reconnect cables, reinstall headlights and bumper

well, car\lights work even leaving as it is.. so if you want to do these mod, you have to work
Bulkbs could be changed from inside the engine bay, but ballasts cannot be removed without removing the entire headlights housing.

Diode Dynamics have a swap for the D3S HID.

For that we need to have a D3S ballast. Or, our EU 'Stangs have a D8S ballast + bulb ...

And found nothing on their website about a LED HID conversion.

Yes, Ballasts are screwed outside the lamps.
So you can access to it with the lights mounted on the car.

The ballasts are accessible but it's really not easy. You need really little screwdrivers to remove the 4 screws in such tiny places.

I saw a lot of LED bulbs that only work as low beam, so High beam mean to not work.

We need to find a bulb that is compatible with high/low beam. I send a mail to the company SNGL you found on amazon and let know what it returns
