What date did you get to port mate? Mine got there on the 14th. So was booked on a ship after only 20 days. Seems they are getting faster.

It sure is mate. Finally feeling like it's almost here. Hope you do make it but I get the feeling it isn't too likely. :( I didn't make the Salome and it was about the length of time your car will be at the dock before Figaro leaves.. My car at 20 days waiting before being booked on a ship is one of the fastest I've heard of. Still crossing my fingers for you though mate! They definitely seem to be getting faster.

Yup, i'll be driving it up there from Melbourne to Darwin, (wait until i hit those unlimited roads) and then the Speedo will be reset at the Dealers:headband:I'm on the Figaro!!! Wooo!
Anyone know how they will get the car from Melbourne to Darwin and how long that usually takes?
Edit: also wouldn't Brisbane make a lot sense for my car to get off at? Brisbane is a lot closer to Darwin than Melbourne.l
In the real world, I would assume it would be trucked to SA and then put on the train up to Darwin.. it would most likely work out cheaper than from Brisbane.

Davidhes looks like yours is a fastback as when I search on my convertible which is also on the Figaro QUANTITY comes in at 12 and not 27. Wonder if thats showing each variance of car...

There will be more than nine Crossy, that number is just what appears on the cargo ID info. Other two numbers that others have are 27 and 12 so it could be a loading number or mean something else.
