Came up on a truck crash

I was driving eastbound on Highway 198 next to Lake Kaweah at about 11:35pm when I noticed a truck part way down the berm above the lake. The windows were all smashed out and the truck was still running. The driver was no where to be found. The emergency responders suspected that either the driver fled on foot or that he was trapped under the truck. The wheels were sheared off so we couldn't see under the truck without moving it. From what I could see, It looked clear under the truck. Here's the dash cam footage.

Any end to this story? what ended up happening. Man i've seen too many horror movies start like this, i dont know if i would've stopped. Its pretty crazy you even saw the crash in the high bush and darkness
