I am going to be trading my ecoboost for a GT Performance Pack and will keep the shifter as its one of my favorite mods. Has anyone tried to put the stock shifter back on ? If so how did you press it back into place ?

People have used a rubber mallet to press the stock one back into place.

I am more worried about the tool rental :(. shipping a heavy tool back and forth between states and Canada is not fun

just checked, 185+tax+60$ shipping to Canada, is about 390CAD, plus what you lose on exchange on purchase and plus the tool, it is well over 430CAD, full pack steeda tri axe race from steeda.ca is about 630CAD with free shipping, and tri-axe just short shifter is 200 without shipping fee.

Boomba, please think of a way not costing so much to Canadians :(
