Back up camera inop

Am I wrong I thought I read there was a tsb for this issue but can't seem to find it. My ford dealer in town doesn't believe it's just the camera they think it's something else.

Mine was fixed about a week ago and it was the wire. I could have my wife sit in the car with her foot on the clutch and the car in reverse and squeeze the wire and the signal would come and go. They said there was a service bulletin for it, and they did a fantastic job, it looks just like factory in the same wire loom and everything.

The guidelines went away on mine a few weeks ago. The camera was the problem. The dealer had it in stock because the same part number is used on a lot of Ford models.

Replaced camera, problem solved.
