It used to be an acronym for RAdio Detection And Rangefinding. I'm sure you're familiar with it... it's used for everything from finding Jimmy Hoffa to measuring the speed of your car.

anyone use a radar detector in there 2015? which brand? how does the power cord fit?

Passport Radar
I am using the same set up i used in my 03 Cobra. I made a custom bracket out of 1x8'' piece of metal to slide between the roof and headliner. I attached it to the original bracket. Then I tucked the power cord under the headliner and door trim. I used the fuse box in the passenger side footwell to tap in for power. There are also to screws that you can tap into to ground. No wires and the radar fits snugly under the rear view mirror. Can't hardly see it from the outside in.
