I picked up my Ecoboost Premium PP on Monday and noticed that the glovebox was loose/shaky before even picking the car up. Needless to say, thesalesman said that we'd make an appointment for 9/8/15 and they'd fix it as service was closed on labor day. I agreed as I thought it was a minor issue. They ordered the part for me on 9/8 after looking at the car and doing a PDI and VIN Etching (Free?). So far, the dealership has been great (minus them revving the car once) and even washed it again. They say it the pins and they ordered them.

It's loose in the sense that after it opened fully, you can move the door left and right, not just up. I would call it wobbly. I sat in a 15 GT and the glovebox was fine on that one.

My question is did anyone ever have this issue?

I doubt it will impact the airbag. When closed, there are no issues but it wobble when open. They ordered pins for the hinge assembly.

Not a problem that I've heard of. Glad to hear they are being proactive in getting it taken care of.
