Adding heat exchanger fans

I'm about to do a similar project but was just going to run power to fuse panel somewhere though not sure where yet. Any suggestions?

Roh92cp has a good recipe.

1. Mount the fans.
2. Create a harness for the fans.
-8 gauge with inline fuse to a 30 amp relay from the +12v power block.
-Relay out with 8 gauge and split to 10 gauge for each +12v on the fans.
-Use the IC pump +12v as the trigger wire for the relay...so it comes on when the IC pump is on.
-8 gauge from ground to fans. Split to 10 gauge for each fan.
