I looked through the car options and couldn't seem to find it, is there a way to have the front plug underneath the Sync panel (it's next to the Shaker plate) turn off when accessory power isn't on?

It will turn off, but it has a very long delay.

Currently I have my V1 plugged into that port and it does eventually go off.

HalfMoon is correct, it will turn off eventually but you want to control it immediately right?

Not sure you could control that unless you implemented a switch.

Why do you want to turn the power outlet off without accessory power anyway?

Oh, that's fine. As long as it does go dead. I just installed my radar detector (temporarily plugged into the outlet until I can run the hardwire) and noticed it was still on as I locked the car and walked away.

Yeah, I think you can actually rewire the power outlets to coincide with ignition as well if you want instant on/off functionality.
