Very nice to hear someone being that open and honest with their numbers Especially posting it up on YouTube and not hitting you with all the crap that normally goes with it - like, subscribe, win this or that, limited entries etc ... lol
At a (much !) lower level I had a similar decision i.e. dip into my investments and pay for my car outright or leave them as is and borrow on a good rate - ended up on five years at 1.49% and even with the crap that's been going on lately, I'm happy I made the right decision
What I like about the guy is that he is no BS. He seems like he is not one of those people who is trying to become a YouTube star. You know the type, right?
His content is useful, no drama, and to the point.
im not sure why people are so cagey about money, the obscurity is why companies can railroad the consumer. the more transparent we are the less power they have.
