Nice ... but the A/F being 14 during a WOT pull seems a bit lean. Did the guys at the shop say anything about the A/F readout?
Sniffer probably not calibrated for e10

Here is mine. Before/after JLT intake and Lund tune. Car has the Corsa touring axle backs for baseline and after dyno as well. SAE corrected. Same dyno.

2015 CO Mustang GT convertible loaded
My 2015 vert is back from the tuner and made 429 hp at 6750 rpm
SW with cats, FR Touring axel back with stock resonator, Airraid CAI, GT 350 TB and intake.
Picked from 383 hp stock on his Mustang eddy current dyno.

5th gear pulls immediately after a track session
2015 GT-PP so, 5th = 1:1, Differential = 3.73, & rear tire = 275/40-19

Dyno chart says the run was uncorrected, so if corrected to SAE standard it should be even better since it was 98 deg F and probably humid as hell there.
