I picked up a 8in sync 3 display yesterday with bezel and all, my question is do I need to have the unit programmed to match my VIN?

Right lol. Im waiting on the Speed Foam carbon fiber cover to come in. It had a red cover on it that I didn't like and the adhesive is a pain to remove.

Paid $450 in 2020 for one out of a 2018 GT350 and it had Navigation.

Installed the unit last night. Everything went smoothly. Decided to delete the cd player. Everything works very well. Only issue I had was this morning the clock went back an hour.
